Pogaca od bunar kifli



Za ovu pogacu koristila sam recept za bunar kifle sa linka:http://www.kuvajmo-blogovski.com/2012/11/20/bunar-kifle/,

a mesila sam slanu pogacu.


Sastojci :

½ l mleka
1 kg brašna
3 jaja i jos jedno za premazivanje
1 kašikica šećera
2 kašikice soli
200 ml kisele pavlake
200 ml masti
1 svež kvasac

Podmesti kvasac u mlakom mleku sa kasicicom secera i malo brasna i ostaviti da nadodje.
Umutiti mikserom omeksalu mast, pa dodati brasno i nadosli kvasac, promesati i dodati ostale sastojke.
Dobro umesiti testo i ostaviti da naraste.
Kada testo naraste, istresemo ga na brasnom posutu podlogu. Podeliti testo na 24 jufkica. Od svake jufkice praviti valjak, uvrtati ga u spiralu, a onda zaviti u krug. Redjati ih jednu do druge na papir za pecenje u tepsiji r-32.


Ostaviti da narastu u tepsiji. Kad "napune" tepsiju, premazati umucenim jajetom, posipati lanenim semenom i peci u rerni na 200 stepeni oko 45 minuta.

Pecenu pogacu izvaditi iz tepsije, uviti u kuhhinjsku krpu da se malo prohladi i onda ruckati.

 Ingredients:

Arrange them side by side on the baking paper in the pan R-32 cm. Allow to grow in the pan. When the "Fill" baking pan, brush with egg, sprinkle flax seeds and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
