Posna pogaca "Hrizantema" / Fasting cake "Chrysanthemum"

Verovatno su mnogi od vas videli ovakve pogace po netu. E, ja opet resila da pravim posnu verziju. Spremala sam posni podvarak za rucak, a kod nas uz ovo jelo dobro ide proja. Onda sam promenila odluku i odlucila da umesim pogacu sa kukuruznim brasnom i ispalo je neocekivano dobro, preporucujem. Brzo se sprema, ne trazi mnogo vestine i preukusna je.                                              Sastojci :
300 g belog psenicnog brasna
200 g zutog kukuruznog brasna, ali domaceg
300 ml mlake vode
25 g svezeg kvasca
50 ml ulja
oko 50 g margarina
1 kasicica soli
1 kasicica secera

Priprema :
Pomesati brasna sa kasicicom soli, napraviti u sredini udubljenje, izmrviti kvasac, staviti preko njega kasicicu secera i zamesiti testo sa mlakom vodom i uljem. Pokriti testo i ostaviti ga da naraste. Kad testo naraste, rasklagijati ga i modlom vaditi krugove.
Svaki krug preklopiti.
Spojiti krajeve i stisnuti prstima, kao na slici.
Redjati na papir za pecenje u tepsiju br.24.
Zatim redjati drugi krug, tako da svaki cvetic bude izmedju prethodna dva.
Napuniti tepsiju, meni je ostalo samo parcence testa, sve se uklopilo super, pokriti testo i ostaviti da jos malo naraste.
Kad pogaca naraste, premazati je topljenim margarinom.
Peci na 200 stepeni oko 30-35 minuta.
Pecenu pogacu opet premazati topljenim margarinom.
I odlicno ide uz podvarak :)
Ingredients:

300 g of white wheat flour

200 g of yellow corn flour, but domestic

300 ml of lukewarm water

25 g fresh yeast

50 ml of oil

50 g margarine

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar


 Preparation:

Mix the flour with a teaspoon of salt, make a hollow in the middle, crumble the yeast, put a spoonful of sugar over it and knead the dough with warm water and oil. Cover the dough and leave it to grow. When the dough rises, rasklagijati it and remove the  circles.

 Each circuit switch.

Connect the ends of the fingers and squeeze, as shown.

Place them on the baking paper in a baking pan 24.

Then arrange the second round, so that every flower is between the previous two.

Fill the roasting pan, which left me only a scrap of dough, all the super fit, cover the dough and let it rise a little.

When the cake rises, the smear is melted margarine.

Bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
