Sirinjavke



Meni je ovo najlepši doručak.

Sastojci :
700 g brasna
30 g svezeg kvasca
500-550 ml mlake vode
1 kašičica soli
oko 200 g sitnog sira

Zamesila sam testo od  brašna, svežeg kvasca, mlake vode i soli, da bude mekše,  kao za mekike.
Ostavila sam da stoji dok ne naraste. Kad je naraslo, stavila sam sitan sir i promešala.
U tepsiju br. 28 sam sipala malo više ulja, oko 1 cm visine najmanje i zagrejala ga. Zatim, jelovskom kašikom  umočenom u ulje, uzmem testo i stavim u tepsiju i malo ga okrenem, uvaljam u ulje. I tako jedno do drugog,  treba da pliva u masnoći, nemojte to da vas brine.
