Pile na mladom krompiru

Pile se moze peci na mnogo nacina, a uvek mozete eksperimentisati sa raznim zacinima, kombinujuci i praveci svoje omiljene mesavine. Ranije sam pekla pile sa mesavinom soli i suvog zacina, pekla sam pile na soli, na flasi piva, premazano senfom, a zadnji put sam ga pekla ovako:


Sastojci :

1 pile

1 kg mladog krompira

ulje

pola case vode

2 kasicice soli

2 kasicice suvog zacina

1 ravna kasicica karija

1 kasicica Kotami zacina za pecenje pileta

1 kasicica slatke mlevene crvene paprike

1 kasicica ljute tucane paprike

1 kasicica origana


Od navedenih zacina napraviti mesavinu i dobro utrljati pile i sipati malo i u unutrasnjost. Ostaviti jednu trecinu mesavine za krompir.

Pile staviti u pekac u kome ste zagrejali ulje, poklopiti ga i peci oko pola sata na 200 stepeni.

Krompir iseci na krugove i zaciniti ga ostatkom mesavine zacina.

Izvaditi pile posle pola sata, preliti ga sokom od pecenja, sipati pola case vode i rasporediti krompir oko njega.

Nastaviti sa pecenjem bez poklapanja. Na svakih 20-ak minuta, prelivati pile sokom od pecenja.

Pile se pece prema svojoj tezini, ako je tesko 1.5 kg pece se oko 1.5 sat.
