Šarena bašta


Nista novo, punjene paprike i tikvice, ali mi se dopao naziv ovog jela u nekom casopisu od pre nekoliko godina. Ja sam spremala po svome, a iskoristila sam samo ime.


Sastojci :

500 g mesanog mlevenog mesa

1 veca glavica crnog luka

1 soljica pirinca (100 g)

1 jaje

so, biber, suvi zacin

mlevena paprika i ljuta tucana paprika

10 manjih svezih paprika za punjenje

2 tikvice srednje velicine

1 cvrsci veci paradajz i jos jedan za zatvaranje paprika

ulje,mlevena paprika i 2-3 cena belog luka za zaprsku.


Uprziti na ulju sitno iseckanu glavicu crnog luka, dodati mleveno mesi i prziti dok ne izgubi crvenu boju. Dodati zacine po 1 kasicicu, promesati , pa dodati opran pirinac. Jos malo proprziti, skloniti sa vatre i dodati jedno jaje, te dobro izmesati.

Uzeti prvo paradajz, izvaditi mu unutrasnjost i puniti ga. Ono sto ste izvadili iz paradajza ne bacajte.

Tikvice podeliti na po pola, da imate cetiri komada. Izdubiti ih kasicicom, takodje ne bacati ono sto smo izvadili i puniti ih.

Ostatkom fila napuniti paprike. Tikvice i paradajz zatvarati onim sto smo izdubili iz tikvica, a paprike zatvarati parcicima drugog paradajza. Ako je ostalo nesto od unutrasnjosti paradajza i tikvica, staviti na dno serpe, pa poredjati paradajz, tikvice i paprike.

Naliti vodom da sve ogrezne, kuvati oko jedan sat, pa zaprziti zaprskom od ulja, belog luka i paprike koju stavljate kad proprzeni beli luk na ulju sklonite sa vatre.

Zapeci u rerni na 220 stepeni.

 Ingredients:
