Vocni kuglof
Recept je iz casopisa "Debeli, a srecni". Sada je to "Hrana i vino". Ako vam se cini da je previse slatko,mozete smanjiti kolicinu voca i slaga.
Potrebno je za patispanj:
350 gr brasna
4 jaja
150 ml mleka
150 gr putera
20 gr svezeg kvasca
Za dekoraciju:
300 gr tresanja
300 gr jagoda
300 gr secera
300 ml slatke pavlake
2 kesice vanilin secera
1 kafena kasicica gustina
100 ml crvenog vina
50 gr secera
Za serbet:
100 ml slatkog belog vina
50 ml ruma
200 ml vode
200 gr secera
Podmesiti kvasac u mlakom mleku sa kasikom secera i malo brasna.
Kad kvasac nadodje, umutiti testo sa brasnom, jajima i rastopljenim puterom. Testo sipati u nauljen kalup za kuglof i ostaviti da odstoji 30 min. Peci 30 min. na 180 step. Ostaviti da odstoji jos 5 min. u kalupu.
Skuvati serbet od 200 ml vode, belog vina i 200 gr secera. Kada uzavri, skloniti sa sporeta. U ohladjeni serbet dodati rum.
Kuvati tresnje, jagode, crveno vino, 50 gr secera i 2 kesice vanilin secera. Razmutiti gustin u malo vode i dodati u sud sa vocem. Kada sirup od voca dobije gustinu slatka, da pada sa kasike u kapima, skloniti da se ohladi.
Topao kolac preliti serbetom. Umutiti slag od slatke pavlake. Slagom puniti sredinu kolaca, pa staviti voce. Na voce ponovo staviti slag, pa ponovo voce. Preostalim slagom ukrasiti kolac.

Mix in yeast in lukewarm milk with a tablespoon of sugar and a little flour.
